CCTV
Video surveillance is the most-touched layer of any modern security stack — and the one most often deployed without a plan. We design every camera location around a specific question: what does this view need to answer, and who's going to look at it?
Our installs run the spectrum from single-building IP camera systems to multi-site mesh networks tying public-realm cameras into command-view dashboards. Edge recording with cloud failover for resilience. Analytics overlays where they add value, not where they generate noise.
All cabling is rated and run for the environment. Saltwater-marine? Dielectric jackets, sealed glands, drip loops on every drop. Hurricane-zone? Surge protection at the head-end and at the field side. We've fielded these decisions thousands of times.

Access Control
Access control is where physical security meets the rest of your stack. Cards, mobile credentials, biometrics, intercoms, elevators, parking gates, visitor flows. When these don't share a backbone, every change becomes a project.
We design unified access systems that hold up to real-world churn: tenants moving in and out, contractors needing temporary credentials, after-hours deliveries, regulated areas with audit requirements. The system has to be operable by your front-desk staff, not just by us.
Biometric overlays — face, fingerprint, palm — go in where the throughput math makes sense. Not everywhere. We've deployed multi-door biometric systems alongside AI traffic analytics that gave operations real visibility into peak-hour pinch points without compromising privacy posture.

Audio/Visual
A/V used to mean a projector and a wireless mic. Now it's distributed audio across a hospitality property, video walls in a 24/7 operations center, boardroom systems that conference to anywhere, and digital signage that has to keep running through a power event.
We design A/V the same way we design security: figure out the use cases first, then pick equipment that's serviceable in five years. Brands we trust have parts pipelines, firmware support, and integrators in every market — important for clients running properties outside South Florida.
Distributed audio in resorts and restaurants gets paged-over for life-safety announcements. Boardrooms get conference-from-anywhere with no hand-holding. Retail and hospitality get signage that pulls content from a CMS your marketing team actually controls.

Structured Cabling
Structured cabling is the layer that decides whether everything else works. Every camera, reader, AP, phone, sensor, and panel rides on it. A clean cable plant is the cheapest insurance policy in the building.
We run Cat6 and Cat6A in commercial and residential builds, riser and plenum where code calls for it, certified terminations with results delivered to the client. Documentation is part of the deliverable — port maps, color codes, jack labels — not an afterthought.
In Florida, that means jackets rated for the heat, conduits where rodents are a real risk, and pathways planned around the eventual second pull. We've redone too many cable plants where the original installer assumed nothing would ever need to be added.

Network Infrastructure
Modern security stacks are network stacks. Cameras, readers, intercoms, sensors, A/V endpoints — all of them live on switches. When the network is wobbly, everything looks broken.
We design wired and wireless backbones for the actual environment: multi-VLAN segmentation so security devices aren't sharing broadcast domains with tenant Wi-Fi; redundant uplinks where downtime is expensive; managed switches with monitoring and alerting.
Wireless mesh has its place — citywide camera deployments under storm conditions, marina coverage where hardwire isn't feasible, large-property gap-fill. But we don't reach for it as a shortcut. Mesh is a tool, not a panacea, and we design accordingly.

Communications
Communications systems are the connective tissue: intercoms at the gate, paging in the warehouse, VoIP at every desk, emergency-response integrations that have to work when nothing else does.
We integrate intercoms with access control so a buzz-in at the front door logs the same way a card-swipe does. We design paging that overrides distributed audio for life-safety announcements. VoIP that ties into your CRM or ticketing platform.
Emergency-response integrations matter most in places where they're least exercised. We pressure-test the paths — fire-alarm relays, mass-notification triggers, weather-event protocols — at install and on a service schedule, not just at commissioning.

Business automation is what happens when the physical-security and IoT stack starts talking to the back office. Visitor logs that flow into your ticketing tool. Door schedules that follow your HRIS. Camera analytics that page operations only when something actually warrants attention.
We build automation overlays on top of systems already in the field — yours or ours. The AI workflow layer is meaningful when it removes a meeting, an email thread, or a manual log entry. When it doesn't, we don't ship it.
Sensor integrations — temperature, occupancy, water, power — feed dashboards that your facilities team can actually act on. Less alert fatigue, more closed tickets.

Managed IT
Managed IT is the layer that keeps everything running once we leave. Endpoint patching, firmware updates on cameras and switches, monitoring with real escalation paths, help-desk coverage for the people using the stack day to day.
We run managed services as a continuation of the install relationship — same team, same documentation, same on-call rotation. The client doesn't get handed off to a separate division that has to relearn the property.
Patch windows are scheduled around your operating hours. Firmware updates are tested on a staging device before they hit a production camera. Monitoring catches the failing PoE port before the camera goes offline at 2 a.m. on a holiday weekend.

Fiber
Fiber is the backbone for campus and inter-building networks where copper falls short. Long runs, EMI-prone environments, lightning-zone backhauls, marina docks where saltwater eats anything metallic.
We design single-mode and multi-mode plants, fusion-splice on site, and OTDR-certify every run. Documentation includes splice maps, loss budgets, and fiber-trace records — the deliverable another contractor could pick up tomorrow.
South Florida fiber work has its own pattern: long campus runs in storm-prone soil, marinas where the path goes through brackish or salt water, and high-rise risers where the bend radius gets tight. We've solved these problems many times.
