man command-line

Four AI agents.
One field-grade discipline.

Command Line is a suite of four specialized local-AI agents purpose-built for low-voltage and physical-security operations. Each agent runs on its own boundary -- the technician's laptop, the customer's site, the back office -- with strict network policy and a shared institutional vault behind them.

Built where the work happens -- in cabinets, on rooftops, on slabs -- by people who still do the work.

Command Line Field

Like a senior tech in your pocket -- without the cell signal.

The flagship agent for the technician on deck. Snap a panel photo, describe the symptom, get the next step. Files its own escalation when it's stuck. Designed for cabinets and rooftops where the network is the work and the cell bars are zero.

  • Photo + voice driven -- no typing in tight spaces.
  • Hard LAN-only network policy: zero data egress beyond a license heartbeat. Works offline after activation.
  • Auto-opens a clean support ticket with full context when the answer isn't in the vault.
  • Full local audit log of every action and answer.

command-line site

Agent

On the roadmap

Command Line Site

Always on the property, never off the clock.

A persistent agent installed at the customer site. Watches the systems you put in -- cameras, access, network, environmental -- and acts on the routine stuff without paging a human. Hands off cleanly with a ticket and a timeline when something needs you.

  • 24/7 watch on installed systems: link state, PoE budget, firmware drift, env sensors.
  • Autonomous remediation for routine faults; clean escalation for the rest.
  • Stays inside the customer's network -- same egress posture as Field.

command-line proposal

Agent

On the roadmap

Command Line Proposal

Photos, voice, and measurements in; a scoped proposal out.

The office agent for scoping and quoting. Ingests site visits as you actually capture them -- phone photos, voice memos, taped measurements -- and drafts a structured proposal in your template, with scope, BOM, labor, schedule, and terms cross-checked against your install history.

  • Mobile-first capture: photo, voice memo, measurement tags.
  • Drafts proposals in your template -- not somebody else's.
  • Keeps numbers honest: BOM and labor checked against real prior jobs.

command-line support

Agent

On the roadmap

Command Line Support

Institutional memory that doesn't quit at five.

The internal agent for the back office. Curates the knowledge vault -- install notes, fault history, manufacturer bulletins -- triages escalated tickets, and keeps technician answers consistent across the team. The senior person who never leaves the chat.

  • Vault curator: install notes, as-builts, fault history, manufacturer bulletins.
  • Triages tickets escalated by Field and surfaces the right precedent.
  • Consistent answers across techs -- no more 'depends who's on the phone.'

Why this matters

Two audiences. One agent suite.

Software built for the tech in the cabinet and the owner reading the P&L. Same product. Two stories that have to land.

./view --as=tech

For technicians

The agent that knows your shop. Trained on how your team actually installs and services -- not generic forum threads. Asks for the photo, listens for the voice memo, hands you the answer or files a clean ticket. Works in the field cabinet where there's no cell signal.

  • Photo + voice input -- no typing in tight spaces
  • Works offline after activation
  • Files its own tickets when stuck

./view --as=owner

For business owners

A force multiplier without headcount risk. Your senior tech's discipline distributed across every truck. Proposals out faster. Service calls de-escalated before they cost a roll. Institutional knowledge that doesn't walk out the door when somebody retires.

  • Per-tech licensing -- predictable cost
  • LAN-only by policy -- no data egress
  • Audit log for everything the agents do
./request_demo

See it running in your shop.

Command Line Field is in active build for first-cohort partners. Drop a note for a demo slot or to be added to the early-access list.

// demo requests email engineering directly while the real form is being wired
